VISESH E&C is committed to implement a good Quality Control program at project site from Raw material inspection, In process inspection till final testing & commissioning including Qualifications of welders & welding procedures for special processes such as welding etc. An Inspection & Test plan (ITP) shall be developed as the work flows based on the scope & technical requirements and shall be utilized in all project inspection & documentation with different stage of inspection and hold points. An ITP shall be developed for every important activity including inspection at sub-contractor premises. Every ITP shall be reviewed by all stake holders for the adequacy before sign off with an acceptance criteria.

Change management is an important factor as managing the changes need to be done at every stage of project from Design to final inspection & Testing and changes need to be communicated to client in a timely manner. Few occasions, this may impact the project schedules.
